- Letter of Rec and Essays sent to Faculty Reviewers

- Check for students who previously received ASUH award

- Check status of all applicants, Verify with Studay Abroad

- Interviews for Research Award Applicants

Friday, March 27th, 2026:

- Reminder email to Faculty Reviewers about deadline

Monday, March 30th, 2026: UAA Meeting #2:

- Committee to score all RA and GTP applications

Friday, April 17th, 2026:

- Scoring comes back from Faculty Reviewers

- Pass SCR through CMTE for Scholarships and Awards, GTP, RA
