- Post stakes, posters, and flyers

- Remind Senate members to adverstise S&A

October 13th, 2026:

- Committee members process round 2 of folders

October 19th, 2026:

- CLOSE Scholarship and Awards form at 11:59PM​

October 20th, 2026:

- Committee process remaining folders

- Letter of Rec and Essays sent to Faculty Reviewers

October 21st, 2026:

- Check for students who previously received ASUH award

- Check status of all applicants, Verify with Studay Abroad

October 26th, 2026:

- Interviews for Research Award Applicants

- Reminder email to Faculty Reviewers about deadline

October 29th, 2026:

- Committee to score all RA and GTP applications

October 30th, 2026:

- Scoring comes back from Faculty Reviewers

 

November 3rd, 2026:

- Pass SCR through CMTE for Scholarships and Awards, GTP, RA

November 4th, 2026:

- Send Thank You email to Faculty Reviewers

November 5th, 2026:

- Send SCR through GSM
